Where is my Amazon voucher?

To say thank you for using carwow, we offer a £20 Amazon voucher or the option to plant 3 trees in a forest in the UK in exchange for a review of the dealer you bought from.

Vouchers are issued every Thursday after the dealer has confirmed delivery of your car and are sent by email.

If you have left the dealership a review and taken delivery of your car but not received your voucher by the end of the following Friday, it's worth searching your inbox and junk folders for the subject line 'Your Amazon.co.uk Gift Card from carwow'.

If you cannot find it then contact our Customer Services team at help@carwow.co.uk or on 0800 808 5885, with the email address you signed up to carwow with and the name of the dealership you bought from and we will be happy to help.
